Until modern days, human evolution was the result of environmental problems solved by a more intelligent, open minded and perseverant Homo Sapiens. These unique traits helped our species to not only conquer the environment but also morph it to our liking: convenient, to conserve our energy, safe, to reduce daily pains and life-threatening risks, and indulgent, to satisfy as many of our pleasures as possible.
As progress has inherently its own seeds for self-destruction, are we at the point where convenience, safety and indulgence turned us into lazy, closed minded, risk-averse and hedonistic? How much are our brain and body working to our benefit? Or are they working at all? Can we continue to thrive in our personal and societal environment we created? If not, how do we get out of it and move forward?
Sadly, only a few people entertain or struggle with these kinds of thoughts and dilemmas and link them to their wellbeing or lack thereof. Some may have already looked for outside answers, magic pills and solutions only to find little success. However, in the process of trials and tribulations they discover that ONLY THEY can answer and find solutions to own challenges and those posed by the environment.
If you are open and willing to work out your own way forward, I may be able to help you help yourself. My name is Catalina Carrgard, a naturologist (psychologist and nutritionist), who can guide you back to turn your past pain into wisdom, show how live a better day today, and imagine your own way forward to fulfill your natural potential.
